How do I set up a daily call out response response register?
 

I am trying to create a work book for a Call Out Response Call Register.
What this consists of is: Daily Reporting on number of calls made. This make
up of; No. of horses on property, no horses, ph number disconnected, invalid
ph number, no phone listing, already contacted, Invalide Site ID, etc..

How do I set up a daily call out response response register?
