VLOOKUP
 

I am trying to take a schedule (spreedsheet 1) at a restaurant with many
different positions and in and out times and make the name and time go to a
floor chart (SPREADSHEET 2) that shows the name, in/out time, correct job
cell, automatically. Two shifts each day, seven days a week. Is vlookup the
best way to do this and if so what is the best way to acheve this? Thanks for
the assistance.
