Compare two worksheets
 

I have a main spreadsheets with information similar to this:

Account First Name Last Name Title Address City Zip
Country Activity
USB Peter Martin CEO 1 Main St Chicago 60606
USA Dinner


There are approximately 500 records.

The next worksheet has similar information but with changes. For example,
Peter Martin is not the CFO but now is the CEO. The second spreadsheet only
has about 20 recors, sometimes more depending on how many changes are needed.

I wanted to create a button that will compare the information on worksheet
number 2 and update the records in worksheet number 1.

Any ideas?
