how to list all active macros and their assigned keystrokes?

I'd like to see which keystroke combinations have already been used in Excel
2003 to figure out which are still free for assignment to new macros.

How can I list those pairs?

how to list all active macros and their assigned keystrokes?

You can download a file from Chip Pearson's site that has a comprehensive
list of keyboard shortcuts

Thanks, Duke, but this is not what I'm looking for--these are
MS-preprogrammed key combinations.

I'd like to list all the custom key combinations and the corresponding
macros that I have written and that are active, so that I can see which key
combinations are still for the taking (instead of the trial-and-error method
I use now now to see which Ctrl-Shift-letter combinations I can use...)
