I am creating a main page and would like the rows to copy onto separate
sheets. How do I do this?

In your subsidiary sheets you would have a formula like:

=IF(main!A1="","",main!A1)

This will bring the value from A1 of the main sheet, or show a blank
if the cell is empty. You can copy the formula across and down for the
other cells.
