Pivot Tables

Hi

I have a Pivot Table collecting sets of data for a number of Cost Centres.
This links to another sheet referencing a cell on the Pivot Table. The
TOTAL is not part of the table, I have inserted a SUM across the colums for
this
eg
DESCRIPTION 1102 1103 1104 1105 1106 1107 1108 1109 TOTAL
Management
IT
Travel
Construction
Rail
Aviation
Special
Head Office
Corporate

On the other sheet I have the cell referencing a figure in total. The
problem occurs when one of the DESCRIPTION rows has not data, and that will
then throw all the refencing out on the other sheet, because eg Rail may have
no data therefore is not in the table.
How can I setup a Pivot that will include all the names in the DESCRIPTION
to show even if they have no data.
Thanking you

Hi

Double click on your Description field in the PT and select Show items with
no Data (bottom left of dialogue box)
