How do I copy records with specific text from one wkbk to another
 

I am trying to copy records that have a cell that contain specific
information from one workbook to another... What is the function to do this?
I do not want the information to repeat. I did it once a long time ago, and
I know it takes a lot of functions within one function, using lookups and
indexes I believe, but I forgot how I did it....
