Find last column, move formulas over, copy/paste data

Hi -
I am hoping someone can help me find a solution, I have been starring at the
computer screen scratching my head for an hour.

I have a sheet with Weekending Dates running across Row 1 in Columns B and
on. Column A is full of labels that go through row 2 to row 20 (# openings,
# hires, # terms..etc). In B2:B20 (and C2:C20..and on) I have many formulas
that pull data from another sheet on the workbook. The data is dumped and
only includes the current weekending so the workbook does not get to large.

I would like to find next Weekending column that is empty, copy the formulas
from a hidden column (I haven't made this column yet..) and paste into the
empty column, then copy that column and paste values back into the same
column to eliminate the formulas and no calculations are needed every time
someone else opens the workbook. (Only I update the data....I will then even
delete the data to make the book smaller).

I hope this makes sense....I am struggling a bit here and would love some
advice. Thank you in advance.
