Dynamic Picture defined by Name using a formula loses link when sa
 

I have a Name defined as a Range using a formula =$A$1:$A$4 called photo.
I have a Dynamic Picture (using the camera icon). In the formula bar for
this picture I have =photo.
The picture in my worksheet doesn't lose the contents of the formula bar
when saved and re-opened but the picture placed in a Chart window does. Both
have =photo in the formula bar.

Any ideas why the chart picture loses the link?
