auto SUM bottom page
 

on updating microsoft, i lost the auto SUM function that shows up on the
bottom of excel page (when you highlight a column or cell and then the total
appears in the bottom right hand corner on the tool bar). Also lost the
filter indicator on the bottom left side of the screen. I cant seem to be
able to get either function back and i use both alot. any help????

For the sum:

Right click on the status bar. A menu of functions should appear. Select
SUM.

For the filter count, see if this helps:

Try Tools/Options/View, checking the Status Bar checkbox.
