how do i transfer necessary rows/data from a master excel sheet

i have downloaded a master sheet with info for 10 specific groups. now i
would like to set-up a macro in one of the groups spreadsheets to pull only
the data related to this one particular group. it seems like a easy macro
but i can't figure it out. can someone help?
