Can't delete validation arrow
 

On a worksheet I have what looks like a data validation arrow on a
cell. When I go to data validation there are no parameters set. Nor
is Auto filter set.

The arrow has no functionality and I cannot see any macros that might
point to it.

How do I delete it?

Do a ctrl - combination and when prompted select one of the choices.
