Group and count a list of dates
 

I'm trying to take a list of dates from column E on sheet2 and have them
grouped and count the number of occurances of the dates and list them on
sheet1.
For example on sheet2 would be:

# Description Date
==================
1 Blah blah 8/1/2007
2 Blah blah... 8/1/2007
3 Blah blab 8/9/2007
4 etc... 9/1/2007

And on sheet one it will just say:

Date Count
===========
8/1/2007 2
8/9/2007 1
9/1/2007 1
....and so on.

Any ideas?
