Data comparison

I have two spreadsheets,
Spread sheet A is list of my zip codes I want
Spread sheet B is a list of all with all zip codes in the us
How do I run a report of zips on sheet a through sheet b and only pull the
zip codes on sheet a with the data into a new spreadsheet c?
Or just a report of zips on a inclused in b?
