IRR Trouble
I keep getting an error message (NUM#) when I'm trying to use the IRR
function for a series of cash flows. The cash flows a -$450,000.00 -$70,107.78 -$10,107.78 -$10,107.78 $531.81 $870.43 $2,304.77 $4,236.44 $2,725.67 $1,170.24 I'm entering a guess but still get an error. Can anyone give me some pointers? Thanks in advance |

Can anyone give me some pointers? Thanks in advance With those values, the IRR will be fairly negative, so I used -0.5 as a guess and obtained a value of -42% --ron |
