Default Remove GETPIVOTDATA command

Somehow I managed to add the GETPIVOTDATA command button to my toolbar
(actually I have 2 identical command buttons on my formatting toolbar, don't
know how THAT happened...:)). I'd like to remove both those buttons from the
toolbar, if possible, but I can't seem to drag them anywhere.

Does anyone know how to remove these command buttons?

Default Remove GETPIVOTDATA command

Press the Alt key on the keyboard
Drag the button off the menu, or to a different location.
