How can I get around this:
"Negative times or dates are displayed as ####"? The calc is 20:18 - 23:45 Answer should b -3:27 tia -- Traa Dy Liooar Jock |

Switch to the 1904 date system, ToolsOptionsCalculation, and check the

Is that a global setting or restricted to the workbook that I'm currently in?

You will find the setting under "Workbook Options" in ToolsOptionsCalculation
