Data Recovery Tools can Recover the Data of the file or ( Content of
the File ) or they only recover deleted FILES ????????????

Pandora recovery will attempt to recover files even if it detects that
they are partially overwritten. So, fore example if you have a 5 MB
text file and 2MB have been overwritten, Pandora Recovery will
recovery the full 5MB segment of data on the hard drive that was
originally inhabited by that 5MB file. This would be useful if you
have some way of interpreting that 3 MB of the original file. A text
editor for example, would show the remaining 3MB of text and the
overwritten segment would probably just look like nonsense
