Countif Function

I have my sheet all set up to countif...but what i would like is if the
statement is true, then i would like to multiple that total by a certain
number. how do i do this? Do i need to nest an if function in there or use
multiple if functions?

=COUNTIF(A1:A20,"15")*B5
