How do I print comments individually?
I know that I can print all of them at the end of the document or as
displayed on the sheet. I would like to print them individually without having to copy and paste each one in a word document. Also, I do not understand programming. I am fairly proficient with the standard features. |
How do I print comments individually?
To print just the comments:
Choose FilePage Setup, and on the Sheet tab, from the Comments dropdown, choose At End of Sheet. Click Print Preview, to see which page the comments start on Click Print, and set the print range from the comment start page, to the last page. Click OK. Or, there's code here that you can use to copy the comments to another worksheet, and then print that sheet: http://www.contextures.com/xlcomments03.html There are instructions here for copying code to a regular module: http://www.contextures.com/xlvba01.html After you do that, you could choose ToolsMacroMacros, select a macro, and click Run.
