If you use Edit | Delete to remove the row then the data from the rows
below will automatically be moved up. However, if you use the <delete key to remove data, then all you are doing is clearing the contents of the cell(s) and not deleting the rows. Hope this helps. Click on the row NUMBER at the leftright clickdelete
