Conditional Formatting
Am trying to produce a checklist or scorecard that uses the tradition
traffic light colors to indicate levels or risk. Is there a way, without merging cells, so that if say cell A5 meets the criteria for a Red and white conditional format, the Cells B5, C5, D5 and E5 are also Red and white conditionally formatted? Thanks, Thanos |
Click on The cells you want conditionally formatted with A5's change in value Open conditional formatting in Change it to Formula is Write your formula with a fixed reference to (eg =$A53) Select your formatting colours OK Steve wrote in message oups.com...
