Excel List Generation

I want to know if I can create a list on individual page by pulling
information from multiple pages that meets certain criteria. Example have
pages 1-31, names are in column a and data in b, if data in column b on any
page meets criteria, I want to pull corresponding name in column a to a
seperate page
