How do I flag up duplicate data entry in an excel spreadsheet?
I have a spreadsheet made up of customer addresses and would like to flag up if we have had dealings with a customer in a 2 month period without having to search and find every time I have to enter data. Any idea if there is a simple way to do this? Thanks |

You can use conditional formatting to highlight the customer name if their
last order/contact (?) date is within 2 months of todays date. But, you need to give use some detailed info of where this info is. -- Biff Microsoft Excel MVP "laulea1" wrote in message ...
