I know how to add by clicking the sum button but theres no other button to
select any other mathmatical functions. |

The basic formulae a
Subtract: =A1-B1 Multiply: =A1*B1 Divide: =A1/B1 There are other functions, such as SUMPRODUCT which do "complex" array summations and multiplication. Other functions such as AVERAGE,MAX,MIN can be found by clicking the arrow by the "autosum" icon. Excel's Help file has a wealth of examples. Search for

Evening. Click on the "FX" next to the formula bar...it will display a
