How to repeat the same cells under each row
I regularly make reporting sheets and begin with a number of single rows.
Under those rows I need to insert 2 more rows (1 at height 55 and one at 12.75) . Each of the two rows are merged into one column each. Currently, I first go down the pages inserting two rows under each entry then copy and paste the two rows required into the two blamk rows I have previously inserted. As each report has between 200 and 500 single entries, this is a very tedious way of going about the task. Is there any way I can select the two rows I want and have them automatically inserted under each entry. example START WITH THIS 1234 abcd hgghtgsf jushsydr kkkkk hystvgdvbnbdfndn 2536 djnfc djsiufdn mmhbgu mjkh mjghb, dsfkbdbfvdj 5342 dhdh hfdhdfg hdhjghgs hdgd dhshgtdhvdsyhghs END UP WITH THIS 1234 abcd hgghtgsf jushsydr kkkkk hystvgdvbnbdfndn -------------------------------------------------------------------------- __________________________________________________ ___ __________________________________________________ ___ 2536 djnfc djsiufdn mmhbgu mjkh mjghb, dsfkbdbfvdj -------------------------------------------------------------------------- __________________________________________________ ___ __________________________________________________ ___ 5342 dhdh hfdhdfg hdhjghgs hdgd dhshgtdhvdsyhghs -------------------------------------------------------------------------- __________________________________________________ ___ __________________________________________________ ___ Any help would be appreciated.
