Worksheet disappear when saving on shared workbook

Im Using Excel 2000 SP3, when i try to copy a cells from another workbook
and paste it on the shared workbook, the worksheet of the shared workbook
disappeared after saving it.

I dont know why the worksheet disappeared?

Please help
