Function returns a list
 

Im searching for a function to do the following:
If Im talking about the cell D2 for example
check the value in C2, if it is a certain value for example (2) than D2
returns a value, for example (89), if and if its (7) I need D2 to give me a
list so I can choose the value that I want.
