Batch Printing - filtered by Picklist
I have an excel report that I need to print for each rep. I filter
each rep report by a picklist of their names. the values of the reports changes as the name changes (using vlookup). I am wondering if there is a way to do a batch printing for each rep's report -- like a macro or something. PLEASE HELP! |
Batch Printing - filtered by Picklist
Just go through the sequence once and record a macro while you do it -
Tools | Macro | Record New Macro. Give the macro a name and keyboard shortcut (eg CTRL-SHIFT-P) and then work through your sequence. At the end just click the Stop Recording button, (the small square icon) but don't use the Close Window (X) icon. In the future all you will need to do is CTRL-SHIFT-P and you will get your printouts. Hope this helps. Pete On Jun 27, 4:58 pm, naz wrote: I have an excel report that I need to print for each rep.
