changing print borders
I am trying to print a legal sized document but in the print preview, it
shows up only in letter sized format. I changed the document size in the printer to legal and everything else in the setup to legal. The preview uses a legal sized background but my document is cropped to letter size resulting in multiple printouts when there should only be one. In old office 2003, I could change the print area and move the borders to reflect the change. I am stumped with Office 07. Help! |

What do you mean by: I changed the document size in the printer to legal
I am confused by "in the PRINTER" If I use PageSetup and set paper size to legal, then I have no problem in XL2007 printing on legal paper. -- Bernard V Liengme www.stfx.ca/people/bliengme remove caps from email "hawaiiguy2" wrote in message ...
