Default Help with using functions....

I am looking to copy an entire row if a particular column matches criteria.
For example you have the columns first name, last name, phone number and
several columns for criteria such skills that they possess (ie computer
skills, telephone skills, etc). I would like to be able to ask the computer
if there is a yes anywere in the computer skills column to copy that row (and
all others) to another worksheet labeled computer skills. This way I can see
the list of all the people and all of their skills and have a seperate page
to see all the people with a certain skill without having to sort every time.
Thank you
