First Input on a Form
 

I have a form, a spreadsheet, which I need to ensure that there are 3 cells
filled (name- number) before users are allowed to input in other cells.

Essentially (I think) I want to LOCK all cells except those three, then LOCK
those three after completion and UNLOCK the remaining input cells. (There are
other cells that are pernantly Locked.
