I'll explain what i'm trying to do andif you can help, great.
I have a range of dates in the format dd/mmm in column A1 some information in A2 a presert piece of information from a drop down list in A3 I want to show on another TAB information from A1, A2 & A3 but only a range of dates to be shown. A1 A2 A3 10/may ABCDEF DONE 11/may ABCDEF To Do 11/may ABCDEF DONE 12/may ABCDEF DONE 12/may ABCDEF In Progress 13/may ABCDEF To do 14/may ABCDEF DONE so the range I want to show on another TAB is from 11/may to 12/may |

Copy down as far as necessary (i.e. until you get error values). In B1: =IF(ISNUMBER($A1),INDEX(Sheet1!$A$1:$C$100,$A1,COL UMNS($B$1:B$1)),"") Copy across and down to fill the results. Easiest is to filter and copy.
