count not working in pivot table
 

hello all

I dont know why my counts are not wokring in the pivot table (PT).
Here is the scenario:

I add a field to my PT, field name = On Time
The formula for this field is = 'Days Difference'<0

This works fine I can see the field On Tome = 1 when the Days
Difference is less than 0, BUT the Total On Time at the end of my PT
shows 0, and this is NOT true. It's not giving me the total the actual
count of my On Time field. Any idea why?

by the way the On Time field sometimes has a 0 value, can this be a
problem? I dont think so.
