HOW DO i SET UP EXCEL TO AUTOMATICALLY ENTER DATE INTO CELLS
 

If you want an answer you should really avoid all caps and post a question
in the body of the message and not only in the subject line. This comes
across as rude and nonchalant (all caps mean shouting for instance). You
should also explain a little bit more what you want to happen, your question
does not make any sense to me.

Which cells and when?

Today's date can be updated each day if you use =TODAY() in A1l.

Then in A2 enter =A1+1

Drag/copy down as far as you wish.

Apparently Gord came in on a different route and was able to see the entire
subject line. But I rode the short bus, oops, short train and could only see
"HOW DO i SET UP EXCEL TO AUTOMATICALLY ..." and so Peo and I could only

My Forte Agent shows the entire subject line...............

I rarely anymore bring up the ALL CAPS issue or the please post in the body.

If I can't get a handle on the subject from the subject line I generally ignore
and move on.
