i need help i had two excel files (excel1) and (excel2) and i had
code from excel1 that will call the event of the commandbutton of excel2, how
do i come up with this procedure.

You would be better to create a public procedure in a standard code module
that does all the work, and call that procedure from the commandbutton event
and your new place.
