That would depend upon the PrintArea you have set in FilePrint AreaSet Print
Area. Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Sat, 26 May 2007 12:16:01 -0700, TW wrote: i have a worksheet that i am printing in landscape i have 10 columns but only 4 show how can i adjust the page set up so that all of my columns show? |

There is also that little scaling thingy on the print job dialog where
one can select "print 1 page wide by 1 page tall". But yes, it won't print at all if it is not part of the defined "print area" in the worksheet.
