Same header and footer in excel and word
 

I have a header that includes some special colors and border that I want to
copy to excel. I can copy it as a picture and it sort of works. How do I
same the header in word as a named picture file and how do I transfer it to
excel?

Am I on the wrong track. Is there a preferred way to get the same header or
footer in an excel worksheet that is in a word document?
