My excel workbook says "too many cell formats" ?
 

When using a large excel workbook and trying to insert normal numeric data
into cells, an alert started to appear and deny my cell entries. The alert
said "Too many cell formats". I cannot get beyond this problem and have had
to abandon the workbook completely. I need help.
