A couple of ideas.
First switch of the caps lock on your keyboard. Second. It will go to the intersection of that last row-column used. For example if the last row used is 3600 and the last column used is G it will go to G3600. If it isn't where you think it should be then check you haven't got any rogue data (spaces for example) that you haven't noticed. As already mentioned by others Ctrl+End will take you to the last used cell in the bottom right. If you then tap the Home key it will take you back to column A of that row.
