Replacing all references to a file, with a new file name. Lots!!
I have a new worksheet for the new year. I have copied the last years
formula's over into this new worksheet. THe problem i need to get around is changing a reference to a file to a new file name in about 3000 cells. I have tried to copy and paste after changing 1 manually but as it refers to cells that are 3 apart each time in the other workbook it wont do it. Nor can i manually modify say 5 and drag the corner box. It simply replicate the original 5 over and over. Is there a macro or something i can use that checks for all references to file ***2006-2007.xls and replaces it with ***2007-2008, for the entire worksheet? Thanks in advance Phil |
