IF Functions
I am trying to learn learn Excel and am working on a project. I have in cell
G4 the number 9 (the number of completed assignments) then in cell E19 I have the number 12 (the number of required assignments). In cell E20 is the number 2 (penalty for each assignment missing) and in E21 is the number 1 (bonus for each additional assignment). I am trying to put my result in H4. There are more numbers in row G...some that are less than the require assignements, some that are more than and some equal to the number of assignments. I had the answer once, I think by accident, because for H4 I came up with -6 which would be correct. However I deleted my formula by accident before I entered it and now I have no idea how I got there. Any help available out there? Thanks in advance |
