I am having difficulty getting nested subtotals to work anymore?!
 

I've used this functionality for years, and it stopped working last year.
I've searched everywhere, to no avail. Pivot tables are great and I use them
a lot, but it doesn't work well for these summary accountability pages.
Help, please! What do I need to bring back Nested Subtotals, we're using
Excel 2003. Thanks!
