Sheet Protection Difficulty

I am designing a two column survey. Column A has 60 rows for questions and
Column B will be for answers. I have designed the two columns to have word
wrap formatting. How do I protect respondents from altering the text in
column A and deleting rows while still preserving the ability to type in
answers in Column B and have word wrapping accommodate long answers?? I have
played around with some of the Scenario and Protection options but cannot
accomplish what I want to do. Thanks!

Before applying worksheet protection, be sure to "lock" the cells you don't
want changed and "unlock" the cells in column B that are for user input.

Assuming Excel 2002 or newer..................

CTRL + a to select all cells.

FormatCellsProtectionClear the "locked" option.

Select Column A and FormatCellsProtectionCheck the "locked" option.

ToolsProtectionProtect Sheet.

Checkmark in "select unlocked cells", "format cells", "format rows" then Protect
with a password if required.

You can format column B cells to "wrap text" and the rows to "autofit".
