format text color within formula
 

I've done something like this before, but I can't remember now how to format
text colors within a formula.
Please help me fix the following:

=CONCATENATE("Current ";[Green], W19;[Green]," Status";[White])

format text color within formula
 

Not possible format part of a formula with regards to colour, font etc
