Default Calculating TAT (Turn Around Time)

I have two Columns namely Received Date & Time and Updated Date & Time. I
want to calculate the number of hours taken in between the received and
updated.

The problem i have is
1. We need to consider only the working hours. That is from 09:30 AM to
07:00 PM of all working days.

2. And i need to eliminate sundays and Holidays(Which is not fixed, it may
be 3 to 4 days in a Month, if i can specify the exact date of a holiday that
need not to be considered for calculation)

Kindly post a remedy for my query and help me.

Thanks in advance

Karan.
