Default Insert a row

I recently installed Excell 2007 . I want to insert a row or column in a
converted file.
When I try to insert either a row or column, I get the meesage "cannot shift
object off sheet". The sheet is all data. I have not formatted it yet. What
can I do to insert a row or column?

Default Insert a row

Press the F5 key, click on the Special button, check Objects and click on OK.

If there are any objects on the sheet they will be selected. You can simply
delete it/them since you say there shouldn't be any.

Then you should be able to insert
