how to use "if" logical argument to format/copy some pic. in cell
 

I just want to use if function in excel to compare two cell and format or
possibly copy some picture in the third cell using the result of comparision.
e.g. if(a1=b1,copy object/pic. from a3 and past it into c1,copy from a4 and
paste it into c1). thx.,
