search if cell contents exist in other cells
 

i have group of 70 cells with different numbers in them.

i have another group of cells that contain the numbers 1 - 200

if a number from group 1 matches a number from group 2 i want some action to
happen.

any ideas??

How those cells are arranged in 2 groups? Can VLookup help?
