Formatting numbers in each cell after I have calculated their valu
I would like to make numbers in each cell after I have calculated their value
with a formula. Currently I have to calculate the value and then re-type all of the numbers so I can use them in another spreadsheet. |
Formatting numbers in each cell after I have calculated their valu
Yikes! Too much work!
Try this: Select the range of formulas From the Excel main menu: <edit<copy <edit<paste special Check: Values Press [Enter] Press [ESCAPE]....to cancel copy/paste mode Or....using keyboard shortcuts (after selecting the cells) [Ctrl]+C [Alt] E S V [Enter] [Escape] Does that help? *********** Regards, Ron XL2002, WinXP "Davidr004" wrote: I would like to make numbers in each cell after I have calculated their value with a formula.
